Keeping scan of documents and original receipts beside invoices and vouchers is very important. for example when you buy an item from a personal seller, you need to keep a copy of its passport or when you enter an exported sales invoice, you need to keep its export and shipping documents. in iGreen software, you can add imagers and scanned photo for any voucher separately and easily with a smart search modules.
Note: if you have iGreen software, version of 2.7 or older, please update it to version 2.8 or up.
How to add images to invoices
Please click on [ Invoice ] button in home screen and then click on [List of invoices], then you will see a icon as film icon in all rows of invoices list

for any invoice, that you want add scanned images of documents, click on this film icon, then you will see a form as below:

1- Click on [ Add new image to voucher ID:x ] (X is number of current sales invoice, in this example is 2)
2- after select image, type a title for it and Description if need
3- click on [ Add Image ] under description textbox to add it to list of documents for invoice ID: 2
Note: You can add any quantity of images and real scanned photo that you want and no limited

To remove mages from any invoice or voucher, you can click on Red icon to right side of list
Benefits of keeping original documents
Always, maybe officers or administrators of vat department will ask you about original receipt and purchase documents for items that you sold or you have in stocks or sometimes, vat staff will ask about shipping documents and export receipt for exported invoices and this feature of iGreen will help you keep your original documents always with quick search and access.
At sales time, when you are entering items of invoices, this is very useful to see purchase prices of items quickly without exit of invoice. and this is possible in iGreen accounting.
How to see purchase price of item
Inside invoice form, left side of item rows, you can see a button as below:
if you click on it, it will show you purchase prices and beginning prices of selected item quickly
VAT (Value Added Tax) has been activated since 2018 in United Arab Emirates. before there was no tax on businesses but it is running now. regard to this new rule, all businesses and shops need a vat compliant accounting software for their accounts department. iGreen software has been updated with easy to use VAT option. so that you can adjust VAT in it and easily print invoices with VAT.
At the time of invoicing, you can enter amount of item, so iGreen will calculate amount of item price + vat or you can enter total amount of item + vat and iGreen will calculate price of item without VAT.. This is easy to save time
How to setup VAT in iGreen software
To active VAT option for invoicing and purchase entry, you should setup amount or tax percent per sales and your UAE TRN vat number in setting form as below instruction.
Adjusting VAT in iGreen software
You should get your TRN number from TAX department in Dubai economic organization.
Note: At this time (2020), VAT percent in All cities of United Arab Emirates is 5% .
After save setting of VAT, you can issue sales invoices with VAT. iGreen will calculate 5% of sales amount as VAT and it will be added to total amount of sales invoice.

Inventory Tracking with IMEI Serial Number
The green software records all purchases and sales of smartphones along with the IMEI number. The IMEI number for every mobile phone is unique in all parts of the world, like a fingerprint or a human eye scan. In fact, according to an international naming agreement, every mobile phone manufacturer is obliged to register a completely exclusive and non-repeating serial number for each of their phones. Considering this issue, tracking mobile phones using IMEI number is an ideal way to control the inventory of a mobile phone store. and this is important to know IMEI number has been saved in core of central IC of any mobile and it could not been changable. so it is a great way to use it for tracking pourposes.

To view turnover of any smartphone by IMEI number, please click on top menu and select [ IMEI / SERIAL NO TRACE ]. then you will see a form as below:

Control of smartphones inventory by IMEI scanning is very easy, to do it just in central screen of iGreen, click on [Inventory report by IMEI] and you will see a form as below:

As you see, it will show you all smartphones that are exist in stores, but it is need to re-check this list with your counting list of paper, bring all smartphones on your desk near barcode scanner and then scan IMEI on their box one by one then iGreen will search that IMEI and if found, it will mark that IMEI in list when you finish all smartphones and then you can see list of iGreen is equal to quantity of smartphones in your shop or not you can see boxes of:
